Roemer Vermeulen
Past
I started at the Academy of Pop Culture in 2007 and did several projects including Get Loaded 4, made movies with students in Letland, formed a cover band in Noord-Holland, started several bands in Leeuwarden including Sorry Bunch and did an internship at music venue Patronaat in Haarlem.
Present
I’m working on my graduation show with Pelle Kuipers in which we create an illusional world, using only our music and sound effects. The show takes place 8 times an evening for ten days at Over Het IJ Festival in Amsterdam.
Future
After my graduation I’ll move to Amsterdam and establish myself as a drummer. I want to work parttime at a music venue and continue with my band Sorry Bunch. We just recorded our EP which we plan to release after the summer and then we’ll be working on our debut album.
